My Best Friend

My best friend is a girl named Amy. We met on the first day of school and have been inseparable ever since. Amy is very friendly and kind. She always helps me with my homework and we study together before each test. We also like to hang out after school and play games or watch movies. 

Amy is very active and loves to play sports. She is on the school basketball team and always invites me to watch her games. I am not as athletic as she is, but I love to support her and cheer her on.

We have a lot in common, but we also have our differences. Amy likes to listen to pop music, while I prefer rock. She loves Chinese food, but I prefer Italian. Our different tastes keep things interesting and we always have fun trying new things.

Our friendship is important to me and I am grateful to have such a wonderful friend. I hope we will always stay close and continue to make great memories together.
